Insight Seminars in its sole discretion may modify this SITE and/or the SITE Terms and Conditions of Use connected with it at any time and without prior notice. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

You understand that Insight Seminars are considered by many, as private and personal experiences. You agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants including remarks and actions, and you agree to keep all such information private and confidential.

PROPRIETARY MATERIALS AGREEMENT

You understand that all materials, concepts, and information (collectively "Materials") presented by Insight Seminars on the SITE, either written or implied, are the property of Insight Seminars and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws. You acknowledge that the Materials constitute commercially valuable, proprietary, confidential property of Insight Seminars, the design and development of which required the investment of substantial effort, time, and money. All rights in the Seminars, the SITE and the printed Materials are expressly reserved by Insight Seminars. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate, and not to distribute, lend, or otherwise transfer, the Materials without the prior written permission of Insight Seminars. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

You agree that any controversy or claim arising out of my registration and/or your participation in the Insight Seminars, the SITE or any associated activities, including the interpretation, execution, application, and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement, will be determined by submission to arbitration in accordance with the rules of JAMS (Judicial Arbitration Mediation Service) and not by lawsuit or resort to court process, except as applicable law provides for judicial review, confirmation and enforcement of arbitration proceedings. This Agreement includes arbitration of claims that there have been any wrongful acts or omissions, intentional or otherwise, by Insight Seminars, its officers, managers, employees, agents, and/or volunteers. The decision of the arbitrators may be entered in any court having competent jurisdiction of such matters.

BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS AND VISIT THE SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE ANY ISSUE OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION WITH INSIGHT SEMINARS, BE IT IN THE SEMINAR OR ON THE SITE, DECIDED BY NEUTRAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU ARE FREELY GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY OR COURT TRIAL.

CHOICE OF LAW

You understand that Insight Seminars Australia, non-profit educational organization company and that these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE shall be construed and governed by the laws of Queensland. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE cannot be modified unless in writing by Insight Seminars. You agree to abide by the above TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.

NOTICE OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read the section below carefully and completely. If you have any questions, please contact Insight Seminars. We will assume from your participation in the Insight Seminar or continued access to the SITE, that you have a full understanding of the following and have followed our recommendations. The Insight Seminar Series is an educational curriculum designed to assist people in their personal transformation. It provides a respectful environment in which people may explore what's working and not working in their lives. It offers the opportunity to consider how they can better support themselves in living a more joyful, fulfilling and effective life in alignment with their personal goals and values, while manifesting greater levels of success and abundance. Insight Seminars are educational seminars. They are not therapy and they are not intended to replace therapy; nor are they intended to replace any medical treatment, psychotherapy or health program. Insight Seminars are intended for people who are well. Insight's facilitators are extensively trained in the curriculum of Insight Seminars and are not necessarily health professionals. We will not address issues that are best dealt with by physicians, psychotherapists, or other health professionals. Any Insight facilitator who is a health professional, when delivering an Insight Seminar, is doing so in the capacity of an Insight facilitator, not a health professional. Through a series of partnership exercises, small and large group discussions, voluntary sharing with the facilitator(s) and the group, and short, guided imagery exercises, the Insight Seminars provide an environment conducive to personal exploration. This is a process of self-revelation and an opportunity to discover what it means to be authentic, to know one's true self, and to live in and from the Heart. Insight Seminars offers a unique technology of the Heart through which people have the opportunity to transform themselves and create new possibilities in their lives.

INFORMED CONSENT

By continuing to access the SITE, you acknowledge that you have been informed that your participation is an expression of your own free choice.

INDEMNITIES
